This is my previous 2005 Nissan Frontier, 4.0, at 200,413 miles at New City Nissan for valve cover gasket change. Mechanic asked if I changed oil once a week, I stated that I change my Amsoil 5W-30 and Amsoil oil filter once a year.  He couldn't believe what he saw.  It really works people! Now it has 236,080 miles.
